Neal J. Sheridan is a distinguished "mustang" with 14 years of service in the United States Navy, as both an enlisted Operations Specialist (radar operator) aboard a guided missile destroyer out of Pearl Harbor and later as a commissioned officer, primarily stationed in Jacksonville, FL. His military career includes deployments to Iraq, South America, Japan, and throughout the Western Pacific. Neal is a 2005 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and in his free time is an avid runner, cyclist, and golfer.

For the past nine years, Neal has resided in Collierville, TN, with his wife Maria and their two children, ages 10 and 11. He holds a leadership position at Nike, where he also has the privilege of leading the Nike Military Veterans Employee Resource Group. An alumnus of the Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) Spartan Leadership Program, Neal is committed to community service and regularly organizes local NMV and TMF events, such as the annual 9/11 Heroes Run, TMF WOD, and NMV Volunteer events at the West TN Veterans Cemetery and Alpha Omega. Neal is a Bronze Legacy Life Member and has served as the Post 5066 Judge Advocate for the past 3 years.
